Overview
The Sound Barrier DA20.4 is a high-power four-channel Class-D amplifier designed for professional systems requiring extreme output and flexible multichannel configuration. Delivering 4 x 5000W at 4Ω, it is ideal for powering subwoofers, full-range loudspeakers, and complex speaker systems in touring productions, nightclubs, festivals, live venues, and large-scale installations.
Its compact 1U design supports stereo, mono, and bridge operation, selectable gain settings, and loads as low as 2Ω. A universal switch-mode power supply with active Power Factor Correction provides efficient and stable performance across varying AC power conditions.
Front-to-rear temperature-controlled cooling and comprehensive protection against over-temperature, DC, short circuit, overload, and undervoltage help ensure dependable performance in demanding professional applications..

The DA Series features a universal switch-mode power supply designed to operate from 100–240 VAC ±10%, 50/60Hz, allowing reliable use across a wide range of global power systems. Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) optimizes current draw, improves power efficiency, and helps maintain consistent amplifier performance under demanding operating conditions.
3 Year Warranty
Includes a 1-year standard limited warranty, extended to 3 years total at no additional cost when the product is registered within 90 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
