Overview

The Sound Barrier SiLO 10D is a compact, active two-way loudspeaker for mobile DJs, live performances, presentations, houses of worship, and other portable sound applications. Its 10-inch woofer and 1-inch compression driver are powered by a Class D bi-amplifier rated at 200W RMS and 800W peak, delivering a 55 Hz–20 kHz frequency response and up to 122 dB maximum SPL.

Connect microphones or line-level sources through the two combo inputs, each with its own Mic/Line switch and level control. The 3.5 mm auxiliary input and SBT wireless audio provide additional playback options. With two compatible speakers, TWS can create a wireless stereo pair. Four DSP presets—Music, Flat, Speech, and Club—make it easy to select a response for the application. An XLR output, locking power connections, M8 flying points, and a 35 mm pole mount support flexible setup and system connection.

SBT Wireless Technology with True Wireless Pairing

Sound Barrier Technology (sBT) allows compatible playback devices to transmit audio wirelessly for convenient, cable-free operation. The True Wireless Stereo (TWS) function links two speakers together for true stereo sound with separate left and right channels.

A Class-D bi-amplified power system drives the low- and high-frequency sections independently for efficient, controlled performance. Dedicated amplifiers power the 8-inch woofer and 1-inch-exit compression driver, producing clear full-range reproduction and up to 124 dB maximum SPL from a remarkably compact enclosure.

Flexible DSP, Inputs, and Controls

Choose Music, Flat, Speech, or Club mode to adapt the speaker’s response to the application. Two combo XLR/¼″ inputs accept microphone- or line-level sources, with independent Mic/Line switches and channel level controls. A 3.5 mm auxiliary input supports additional playback devices, and the XLR output connects to another audio device or loudspeaker.
